Christina’s Crab Dip

Ingredients may be cut in half for a smaller portion.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine or dry vermouth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cans Sea Fare Claw Crabmeat well-drained

Instructions

  • In medium pan, mix all ingredients. Heat slowly over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. May also be served in a hollowed-out loaf of round bread.

Notes

Yield 8 to 12 servings.
Hint: Dip may be frozen and reheated.
