Christina’s Crab Dip
Ingredients may be cut in half for a smaller portion.
Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
- 1/2 cup white wine or dry vermouth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cans Sea Fare Claw Crabmeat well-drained
Instructions
- In medium pan, mix all ingredients. Heat slowly over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. May also be served in a hollowed-out loaf of round bread.
Notes
Yield 8 to 12 servings.
