Christina's Crab Dip


2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
1/2 cup white wine or dry vermouth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cans Sea Fare Claw Crabmeat, well-drained


Note: above ingredients may be cut in half for a smaller portion.

In medium pan, mix all ingredients. Heat slowly over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. May also be served in a hollowed-out loaf of round bread.

Notes: Yield 8 to 12 servings.

Hint: Dip may be frozen and reheated.
