Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

2 Garlic cloves (minced...the more the merrier)
1/2 C hoisin
1/4 C pork broth
2 t peanut butter
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 t lemon juice

1) Heat oil in small nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

2) Cook garlic till golden brown.

3) Add hoisin sauce and peanut butter. Mix until peanut butter melts and lower heat to low.

4) Add lemon juice and pork broth. Broth will initially make the sauce seem runny, but continue to stir and the sauce will thicken. If sauce is too tangy add more peanut butter and/or broth. If sauce is too peanut butter-y add more hoisin sauce.

5) Remove from heat and let cool for 15 min.

5) Enjoy!

Notes: You can substitute pork broth for chicken or vegetable broth. For the broth simply use the water used to boil the pork belly from the Vietnamese Summer Rolls.
