Yummy (and Healthy!) Football Wings

Ingredients

12 chicken tenders
3 tsp honey
3 Tbsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Preheat a nonstick skilled on medium-high. Stir together the hot sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and paprika in a small bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds, stirring if the honey clumps. Place the chicken and half of the spice mixture in a large ziplock bag and shake until coated. Pour the coated tenders into the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Toss with the remaining spice mixture to coat them. Serve with carrots, celery and blue-cheese dressing. Makes 2 servings-466 calories including sides.
