Hot Fudge


4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
12 oz. can of evaporated milk (not sweetened!)
3 cups of sugar


Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler.

Stir in 3 cups of sugar (I realize thatís a lot, so you can start with two and work your way up by tasting it if you want less sugar) and the can of evaporated milk.

Cook until sugar is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Notes: Can keep in the refrigerator for a week, and as it cools it gets more solid and fudgieróitís delicious to eat cold with a spoon as well!
