Grandma's Oyster Stuffing


Oysters (2 pints per bag of stuffing)
Stuffing (1 bag per 10lbs of turkey)
Chicken Broth
Butter 1/2 cup or to taste
Celery 4-5 stalks at least
Onion 1-2 medium
Parsley, Rosemary, Poultry Seasoning, Pepper, Salt,
2-3 eggs


Drain and rinse oysters, if desired use oyster liquid in stuffing. Melt butter in pan and add celery , and onions, cook till tender. Add cooked veggies /butter/ oysters, beaten eggs,to stuffing. Add chicken broth to moist, you can add additonal butter if desired. Add spices, at least 1-2 tsps of parsley/rosemary. Add poultry seasoning, pepper /salt to taste. Bake in turkey, or if desired, bake in pan in 350 oven for at least one hour.
