Cinnamon Coffee Cake


1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 stick marg/butter
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 C Milk
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Baking Powder
2 C. Flour
1 t. Soda


Cream the cheese, butter & sugar. Add eggs, milk & vanilla - mix well. Add the dry ingredients to form thick batter. Smooth into greased pan. TOPPING: (I make extra to add) 1/2 C Brown Sugar, 1 t. Cinnamon, 1/2 C. Flour & 2 T. Butter (melted). Sprinkle topping on batter - bake @ 350 for 30-35
Notes: When I got this recipe - it did not list what type of pan to use. So I have used in the past 2 9" round cake pans or 2 8x8 square cake pans. This batter is VERY thick.
