Sausage Cheese Balls


2 lbs (32oz.) Jimmy Dean Sausage, uncooked
1 cups Bisquick mix
16 oz. Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded (4 cups shredded)
cup finely chopped onion
cup finely chopped celery
teaspoon garlic powder


Preheat oven to 375F. Mix by hand the shredded cheese, sausage, onion celery and garlic powder in a large bowl until combined. Form into 1 balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
Notes: Sausage Cheese Balls can be frozen uncooked and used as needed.

We cut the recipe in half which is what I would recommend unless you really like sausage.
